
Becky achieved Qualified Teacher Status in 2004 on completion of a BEd (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies. Since then she has taught throughout the Primary age range as well as within the Early Years.
Becky is passionate about child-led, child-initiated learning and about developing the potential of staff to scaffold this learning.

With a Level 3 in Early Years and a Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies, Emily is highly qualified and has a huge amount of experience as a nanny and in nursery and preschool settings. Now working part-time while she raises her own daughter, Emily has brought lots of new experiences to us, including the children's favourite- yoga!

Tamzin joined us in 2023 as bank staff and soon decided that she wanted to pursue a career in Early Years! Tamzin loved home-schooling her own children during the pandemic and is bringing a huge amount of enthusiasm and imagination to the setting. She soon completed her Level 3 qualification and has a flair for working with children with SEND and a passion for art in the Early Years.

Tegan has young children of her own and loves finding creative ways to offer learning opportunities. Following a career change, Tegan is now working towards her Level 3.

Olivia has previous experience in nurseries and schools and is now supporting a child on a 1:1 basis.

Rachel has a level 3 CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education. She has recently returned to Swallows and Stawley Preschool after working as a school administrator.

Naomi has young children of her own and regularly covers hours at preschool.

Rachael is a qualified teacher with lots of Forest School experience.

Amy has a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies and is the deputy manager of a nursery in Chard. She covers for us on her day off!
Helen has a Level 3 qualification and previous experience in nurseries. She currently supports a child on a 1:1 basis
