At Stawley and Swallows, we have very active fundraising groups. They organise several events each year and their efforts allow us to provide fully funded trips, visitors to preschool and many other extras that we couldn't otherwise afford. Not only do they do a fantastic job, but joining a fundraising group is a great way to meet new people- the Stawley group even meet in the pub!
At Stawley, the fundraising group is separate from the school committee (FOSS), but they join forces twice a year for their two main events, the summer festival and Christmas event.
At Swallows, we are supported by FOSAS (Friends of Sampford Arundel School) who also support the rest of the school.
